Movie Maker - Video Audio

I’d like to be able to change the volume of the video audio and the added audio at certain points of the film; ie At certain stages I’d like the added music to be louder than the video audio and at other points, I’d like the video audio to be louder.

This is probably very basic and I’m just missing something. Thank you very much in advance for any help.
