Media Player 10 problems

Any video I play on MP10 (avi, mpeg, wmv, etc)plays for a few seconds then the picture disappears but the sound keeps playing. Now I can play the same clips on the older version of Media Player fine, so why not with MP10?

I have a problem when I download to the music that has mp3.it gives me an error that say’s I have to compress my codes. could you please help me out.this happens to me all the time.thank you

When i want to play any kind of video the grapichs suck but when i start my screensaver and turn it off all the grapichs are good again!

Pls help
