I have picture but no sound on windows media player

I’ve tried to get web help to launch but it won’t .

If its an AVI file you prob need to download divx or xvid, just go to divx.com and download
also need ac3filter

use AC3 filter

reinstall nvidia drivers. it worked for me.

When playing a dvd, the video plays fine but I have no audio.

Any thoughts?
