Load video in Firefox (may have to let it play to the end). Go to URL “about:cache”. Click on “List Cache Entries”. Find video file in the list (some very large file at the top of the list, e.g. with “” in file name). Click on file name (row named “Key”). File will load in browser as a web page with a header and lots of lines with hexadecimal entries. Again, click on the name in header line “key”. File will open as a seemingly empty page. Go to File -> Save as, save page on hard disk. This is your desired video file!

Good luck! reply

From my perspective, save internet video clips can’t be done successfully without a professional download software. I have tried tons of times to save videos without any download tool. While there are few times success. Now, I know a tool called Video Download Suite from an article:
it helps me a lot save online videos. You also can try it to check it whether can meet your requirement reply

If you want to save internet video clips with high quality, you can use some screen recorder to help you. It can help you capture what is playing on your computer and help you save it, so I often use it to copy streaming videos from internet on my screen. reply

This is a flash file. Namely it is swf and not the common video format.

you can download it via viewing the source code to find the download link as swf is only a player which is to call FLV video content for playback.

Good luck. :-) reply

Why don’t you just shoot your computer screen with your camcorder? The quality isn’t good but if you are desperate to get a copy, why not? reply

why is it so GD hard to get a straight, simple answer to a simple GD question? ten dozen ways to do anything and none of them work or have friggin trojans in them because a bunch of malicious geeks with no girlfriends have nothing better to do than spew malware so nothing works and nothing is credible...“hey try MY site, it’s the best and it’s FREE...blahblahblah” reply
