How to play Downloaded video file in pieces

Downloaded a video file in pieces. How can I watch it now? Help!!!!!!!!!

I have download movie with BitTorrent. I Want to make vedio cd. dont know how i make when i download i can see movie when i am going to download to cd / dvd its not making and copy to my cd / dvd . Please help me ......
