help with port forwarding/static ip address

can anyone help, i am having problems setting up a static ip address and port forwarding. i am using azureus to download torrents but i always have the yellow smiley which says i have a nat problem.. i have been into windows firewall and allowed azureus with the port number and selected tcp. and i have set up azureus to the bst of my knowledge. i have a belkin router but i dont know where im going wrong..please help with my download speeds!!

I had the same problem, i opened the port, made sure it was the same port on the torent program, and still got the thing saying there was a problem, but seemed to sort itself out somehow. I imagine it was just some error with the torent prog.
