I have downloaded a couple of movies with the following extension:
svcd-tcf.rar screener.avi.
When I download it and then look at the properties it says it is a DivX codec.
No matter what viewer I use (WIndows Media Player 9, DivX5, AVI Preview), ALl I get is a black screec
with no audio either.
The clock is moving as if the movie is playing but
nothing else.
Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong?
This has happened with every movie that I have downloaded with this extension.
Thanks in advance for any and ALL HELP.
Please post or email me with suggestions.

Hello from the other side.

You need a mouse, a piece of cheese and 4 gallons of carbonated soda.

You could try this site, which has about (3)Versions to download.
Basic for FREE, but you must install an Advertisement program, that maybe called GATOR.com,
or you can Download the other(s) if you BUY them.
http://www.divx.com/

Good Luck

yeah man, I' got “Payback (complete) screener.svcd.tcf.rar screener.avi” off kazza tonight, totally cranked too at around 150K. On playback I get a little DIVX logo flash up in the bottom right corner at the begining, but after that it’s just blackness... a whole 1hr and 2min of it.

I think this is somebodies idea of a joke, wasting your download limit.

Just watch out for that svcd.tcf.rar crap next time, me thinks.

Too many so called “screeners” end up being shit after the hype of “Reloaded” from last yr.
Check the file out with GSpot to determine if you need a codec or if its just a black RGB looped for so many hrs.
