FRAPS Image problems

Hi, im having a issue, wen i record anything with my FRAPS the image turns our like this:

Im using Windows 7 RC build 7100
my CPU is a Dual core 1.6Ghz
my Grafic card is ATI Randeon X1950Pro

Please reply as soon as possible.

Check the overlay settings on your graphics card, and upgrade to the latest drivers if there are some. If not, try downloading a slightly older version of your graphics card drivers.
