flash player problems.. video not found/error message while trying to watch video

Hi there,

I experience problems with watching videos on platforms like you tube or news channels. I always get a video not found or error message and the video won´t start then. It is like that then on ALL websites I visit, so I think it must be a problems with some settings on my laptop, because after a couple of days, it works fine again for all websites.. then again I get the error message again?!! Can you tell me where the problem is, and where I can change the settings or how to fix it ?
