Downloading a Flash file...

There are a couple sites that allow a user to draw on a template and at the same time it records your drawing. It gives you an option to play the recording, but not to download the recording to your hard drive. I would like to know if its possible to download these files.

I could screen capture them, but there is quality loss and it requires to play the whole file each time. I’m hoping there is a simpler way to be able to get these files. All help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
