When i burn movie sometimes the faces are long on the actors do not know what i am doing wrong use window dvd maker vista system

You are stretching the picture.

Make sure when you convert them to use the proper ratio.

If it started out as wide screen use 16:9

If it started out as full screen use 4:3

If it appears to be anamorphic use 5:4

Wide-screen uses two vertical bars one atop the film and another below.

Full-screen has no bars.

Anamorphic uses two vertical bars except they are smaller than those of the wide-screen movies.
