Converting binary files to movie files

I have collected real time data of the movement of a magnet and its in binary form. Is this able to be converted to a movie format so we can visually see the movement? Excuse my ignorance on this matter but i don’t really know much about converting files.

when i ADD d/l file to be converted, it opens with correct name, then needs to have OPEN pressed again, and all it ends up is as a SAMPLE. Where is the 700mb file gone to?
from..... going round in circles.
