compression for dv

I have the software edition videowave 4 I transfered my video from my Mini DV to my computer via IEEE. Now I need produce the video but I need hepl deciding wich compression do I need to use in order to tranfer from the computer to my MiniDv camcorder without problems. the options that I have are:
