Burning on nero

Ok this is the first time im using nero.. I tried it a couple of times but i just cant get a movie to play after buring it.. I tried making a data disk and it wont play on my pc... when i try making a vcd.. it says “encoding” and doesnt do anything...

Any suggestions??

Encoding means hours of, so you wont see the results until some time.

What format is it you’re trying to make a VCD of because there are so many types of encoding out there.

I dont really know dover... But can u tell me the easiest and fastest way to make a cd so that i can play it on the computer.. i got a (CD R/W burner).. Thanks mate

hi shan,

If u want to play a movie file on your PC there is no need for going to make a VCD format disc. U just copy the movie content to ur HD and burn that to a CD. Or if u want to make a CD to work on your VCD player then u have to go for CREATE VCD option in nero. It will take time to encode the format u have given to change into VCD format.

Try this. I think u got it

nero burning gives " caching error " and before that says the cd has data on it when the cd is a fresh blank cd.
