Finally figured it out. So very easy!
Download a program called Nandub.
Install it.
Open it.
From file option, select “Open Video File”.
Select first avi file.
Select “Append AVI segment”
Select 2nd avi.
Under the “Video” menu, select “Direct Stream Copy”
Under “File” select “Save as AVI”
Voila!
