Additional voice for blinds

Hi,

I downloaded a video (“Shine a light” - Rolling Stones). The video is fine, so is sound. But there is an additional voice which explains everything you see on the video. It seems to be for blind people. Any idea wether this voice could be switched off within media player or mplayer? Or did I just download the wrong version of that film (they did’nt say anything about that voice)?
