0xC00D1163: A problem occurred with digital copyright protection

Cant play movies on my dvd player
Please help me folks with this error code

I just want to watch movies on my dvd multi player. But it wont let me so could you help?

Its to do with a codec decoder you may have downloaded most of the time, if you recall downloading something like that just remove it to remove the error.
