DVL! I HATE IT I CANT FIND NOTHING THAT PLAYS THAT CODEC! U CAN TRY NIMO CODEC BUT THE SOUND COMES ON BUT NO PIC

DVL isn’t a codec, they’re a release group (stands for D igital V ideo L abs), who use XviD to encode video content.

Check your video using The Faimous One’s Codec Finder:

Next, either install the latest stable build of Xvistraight
(XviD-04102002-1.exe (411kb))
http://www.roeder.goe.net/~koepi/xvid.shtml

Or use 3ivX. 3ivX should work fine to decode both DivX and XviD files, but it needs to be configured and installed correctly:
