Here is the working Vorbis.dll i tested it. All other vorbis.dll files were around 30k while this was 180k and it worked. I used it for San Andreas

o meu é mesmo problema eu to tentando antes tava pedindo o ogg.dll eu baixei coloquei na pasta do gta e o problema saiu é so baixar o vorbis.dll

go to DLL.COM and typein the vorbisfile.dll so you can have that file goold luck :)
