svcd-tcf.rar ts-tcf.avi

Ok, ive downloaded “the chronicles of riddick (complete) screener.svcd-tcf.rar ts-tcf.avi"and have the newest divx codecs and player. Although Ive run the file through GSpot several times (supposedly the file is working) i still cant get any video/audio on any of my players:
Winamp - Nothing
WMP - Nothing
Kazaa - Nothing
Warez P2P - Nothing
Divx Player - Nothing

I even tried re-encoding it with TMPGenc to no avail.

What am I doing wrong? Is my particular file just screwed? Whats with the 3 different file extensions?
Is it a .svcd?
Is it a .rar?
Is it a .avi?
This is driving me freakin nuts!

mate, same problem, but mine is with Alien Vs Preditor..
i got it off kazaa, and 30+ people had the same file.. i figured it would work, but all i get is a black screen, no audio, nothing...

that codec / player(s) do we need to run it?

try installing nimo codec pack. If you don’t have nimo TRY A SEARCH FOR nimo codec pack

this is just a fake file...nothing to do with it...dont try to change your configration or codecs
