rmvb file can't convert by using 'RM Converter' !!??

I’d just downloaded the 'RM Converter',hope to convert the file from rmvb to mpeg.

But why, when i add the file to convert, it shows “Specified file is not a video file or format is not supported!!" wat the S...**!!##

It is rmvb file!! y.....??

Had tried so many software...... though this can be done..... but y??
