No Visual only Sound

hey,

i got a problem with my bsplayer, its not giving any visual it only plays sound. divx-player works, and WMP also works. so the videofiles are good.

specs:

BS-Player Pro 1.36.825

please help me out, i`m getting a black screen all the time...
