i got a avi file from the net. its named “no codec”. how to play this file

Can someone help me with my mp3/mp4 very siilamr to this. Name on the back is Symbion. I see all the facial appearance are exactly the same as this on but when you try to select files etc. from the MP3, MP4 ebook etc. part(s) all you see is the background picture and there is nothing there in a list (only if you go to the menu and accesss the C: Manager). The fm transmitter is no longer there either. I can’t find the disk that came with it. Can anyone help me with this problem.
