My MPEG Files won't play!

I’m so BUMMED.

I recorded a couple of videos with my friends yesterday using Sony Cybershot...

Now... there were total of 4 videos. When I uploaded them...

2 wouldn’t play!!! The other 2 plays fine... They are all MPEG but why won’t the others play?!
I already tried playing it on WMP, Real Player, WinDVD, PowerDVD.
Downloaded DivX codecs... nothing!



another difference is that the videos that would play have .THM (thumbnail) files but the others dont..

HELP PLEASE!!!

I have the same issue with my Sont handycam???
