MTV convert tool

i am miss gay universe 2005 from the philiippines and i just want anybody if they can help me to solve my problem. i bought an mp4 player from update8888 in ebay and it really doesn’t work for the mtv convert tool, i tried all the possible trial and this mtv tool give an ouput very distorted especially the sound, video is fine.

i hope anyone could help me my problem.

so Im a new at this conversion stuff I downloaded a file with an ext. of .rar so what now? my 98 se comp doesnt recognige it help!! I need to figure out how to convert my ripped DVD to be viewd on my MP4 player again help!!!
