Please help me!! I am totally clueless as to what I need to do with my Nikon Coolpix L6 Digital Camera. I keep getting a message that reads, “AUTPRINT MRK FILE." I have no idea what I’m doing. I would love to be able to access this file on my computer. Thank you for your consideration.

I took photos on my digital camera... inserted the memory card into the USB Port then into my computer. I saw the photos, but the file then converted to AUTPRINT.MRK. Now I cannot open the file - - - can anyone help? reply

The autoprnt.mrk is a listing of the pictures to be printed and is created by the camera.

No reason to delete it.

To open an mrk file click here

CLick installer and tell it where to DL it, or if you want to install it click open.

It should work, I don’t have a camera, but it claims to work. Scan it before hand. reply

You cannot “play” the AUTPRINT.MRK file... it is a plain-text file listing images to be printed. If you want to see what’s in it, open it with Notepad.
This file is only useful if you use a printer or printing service which supports this method of tagging photos to print. It is safe to delete. You will not lose your photos if you delete this file. Your photos are actually in a different folder on the memory card. reply
