MPEG Problem

I recently installed a cucusoft movie converter, now my play back of MPEGS in WMP and DIVX player dont work, but with WINDVD it does, any idea how to fix the problem?

Did you accidentally convert the file to MPEG-2 instead of MPEG-1? Feed the file into gspot or avicodec and find out.
