MP4 with audio but no video

Hi,
I have an movie in MP4 format but when I play it using Real Player, I just get audio and no video.
When I play it with Quicktime, I get Error -50.
Someone please help.

Also, which is the best freeware/open source software to convert mp4 and avi’s to divx format so that I may burn them onto DVDs and play in my DVD Player.

Any suggestion will be gratefully appreciated

It means your player can decode audio track only.
You need to re-encode your video in another encoder your player can read(Xvid, H.264, etc) with video converter.
