MDF-MDS files

Hey guys, does anybody no where i could get a no CD crack for Trackmania Sunrise

hi just opend up the mdf and mds file usein alcohol so football manager 2006 is on my computer i burnt the files using copy data files to disk on nero wen i try to put it on it says insert disk wen i do it says debug straight away it wont even let me on the game have i used alcohol wrong if so can u tell me how to do it plz help

Hey.. I just downloaded football manager 2006 and the folder has two MDF files. How do i run them as windows says that it does not recognize it?

I have alcohol but the free trial has ended so i can’t use it any more :@

alright mate im tryin to do football manager06 as well but its 1 mds and 1 mdf if u find out b4 me can u post it and vice verser

I am downloading those two files(752 M of FM 2006 right now....n I have been searching all over the net of how to burn the game onto CD....but after all the material I read, I think we have to burn the files onto the hard drive n install the game....n then then run the game by using an emulator to load the .mds file on a virtual drive...until a no cd crack is available.
But keep searching...so will I n lets hope we solve this.

Been looking for a crack for Football Manager 2006 too but found out you can run it without one. First install the game using daemon tools. i.e. just look for the mds file using daemon tools and it should start installing it.

Once thats done just look for the fm.exe file on ur computer. (Default is in prog files- SI- football manager 2006). The just right click on it and select properties- compatability. Then under compatibilty mode just tick the box and select Windows NT 4.0 (service pack 5), then apply and ok.

Now just run it (from desktop icon) and it should work like a charm! Just so you know, I didnt come up with this but someone told me and i thought i’d pass it on. (Know how frustrating it is not being able to find a crack!)

Just to add- i’m not sure if this method works with other games too. If someone could try it and get back on here that would be helpful!

I downloaded AoE 3, it contains 3 cue and 3 bin files, but i can’t mount the cues, it says:
Cue sheet: line 1 - file not accessible, please help me solve this, i don’t want to spend another 30 hours downloading it again.

Had read 'bout that method in another forum...but some of the posts in the forum said that it works only for a installation from original CD.
If that’s true then dan n I have a slight problem .
Have u tried this method urself?Or that other person?Does that person have a original CD?

Sure i’ve tried it and honestly it does work! Been playing FM06 for 2 days now. lol still in preseason! Just spent 2 hours today sorting out training! :O

No i havent got the original CD. I downloaded on bittorrent. Yeh i thought it was weird that the CD image was over 700mb after i unzipped it- that did confuse me a bit!

But installing the image using daemon tools and that compatibility trick seems to have done the job!

Yasii thanx for the info.I’ll try this... although SIG forum is flooded with posts about bug in this workaround...a possible memory leak...the game rums for 5-10 mins n then memory usage jumps to about 400000K(450 M) n above... then the game crashes.
Have u faced such probs?How much RAM do u use?
How many countries n leagues have u chosen in the game?N wat size of database did u select?

hi ther all ok this is so easy at first i though it was in posable to do it but i done it now and work fine no problem ok here we go

1. download deamon manager
2. when it done right click it on the buttom right hand side and go to virtual cd/dvdrom put your mouse on that and then go to set number of devices point your mouse on that then go to 1 or 2 how many you want then when that done go back on the right click and to virtual cd/dvdrom you will see device 0 :f or what it says on your screen then you point ur mouse to that after you will see mount image then click that
3. on the buttom make sure it file of type all files then were you save your game go to that file and click on to .mdf then when it comes off go to my computer and u will the the file there as a cd file or some times it come up right away
4. when you open the file install it that it no problem it is not hard at all you will be thanking for this if you need any help fell free to email me at any time thanks

The bigger of the 2 files you burn to burn files i used alcohol 120% use image burning wizard

i downloaded the fm 2006 and i followed the instructions with what u guys did n it didn work...i mounted the mds file onto virtual thingy with both the alcohole and daemon tools and both ask 4 cd then crash plz help

is daemon manager the same as deamon tools? and if not where do i get it from??

Thankfully the game hasnt crashed on me yet. I chose 3 countries (Eng, Ita and Spain) and the default no for the leagues. I also set the database to large. Basically I just wanted to see how quickly the game would run as i’ve just upgraded the memory on my PC just for FM! (Its now 1.5Gb from 512mb)

Am planning to restart with loads more countries as its running pretty fast but am starting to get sucked in so dunno when i’m gonna do that.

Dunno about the memory usage while i’ve been playing but 450M does sound alot and I should have noticed it as i’m always running other stuff in the background. Well i’ll keep and eye on it and get back to you when next I play.
