MagicISO or Ultra iso wont read .iso file

I downloaded a game that is in pal.iso format. MagicISO or Ultra iso wont read em. I need help figuring out how to convert the file into something my comp can read. Plz HELP!!!

If MagicIso is not reading the file is not iso.Do you have a nfo or ifo file about your download?
