I can't play OGM files

hey i was wonderin what di i need to play a .ogm file

Xiphorus.org. The media splitter and directX filters are what you need. Load those and any media player that can use directX will run no problem.
You could also use the Haali Media Filters. Same deal.

what are ogm files?

I have found a RAR file.. anyone know how to play them or change them to AVI files??

.rar is a zip file extension of sorts... go to www.download.com and find winrar... download, install, and when you’re done right click on the rar file and select extract here.

OGM files acould be played in VLC Player

nothing works!

god damn it, i downloaded 2012. video has an extension .avi but as always - it doesnt wanna play. i’ve searched for info with g-spot codec information appliance and it says that my file is not actually .avi but .rar! wtf? i cannot unrar because my rar programs does not recognize it as archive!

and there is some additional info. says: mime-type: application/x-rar compressed.

so, how am i supposed to play this file? anyone please help.

Hay does anyone know a program that would change a RAR file to AVI file? The thing is i tried extracting it from a its rar folder by WINRAR but it said “no archives found”. I played it off VLC and it worked. But I want to convert it to AVI permanently. Please can anyone help.

Hey I downloaded Mplayer and it works with OGM files but how can I change the language on it? It has jap and eng but I can’t get it to english please help

I can play RAR video files, make you sure these are not in .rar format even its showing RAR file hence i cant play these file. what to do can you help me out.
