how to play *.rmvb file?

i have the same problem i start my rmvb file no problem but when it’s on it has no sound and frezzes a bit so can somebody finally find a solution to this problem

VLC media player is the perfect tool for watching all kinds of videos on pc, it supports a bunch of video formats ,such as avi ,rmvb ,mkv.

for those who still have this problem, here’s my solution..download klite codec pack and play the video using WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER..If it has no volume go to “tools/options/ and on the pop-up click DVD then click advanced..another menu will pop up and now click codecs(under ffdshow)..there you will see all the formats and everything..right click anywhere on that window and select “set all stable formats to libavcodec”..apply and click ok and your done..

You Can use VLC it works on it I’ve tried its also free

Bem, eu ja havia baadixo e instalado o codec que voces indicaram acima, mas ha filmes que quando vou assistir o som das vozes fica como se estivessem saindo de uma lata. Aguardo retorno.
