how to play and burn MLP files from torrent downloads

some torrents have a lot of mlp files attached to them and when i download them i can`t get my vlc player to open them and my coverter software won`t recognize them......what do i need to get in order get these files to work....i have nero...convertx and avs converter softwareand i`m not getting nowhere but, i see by the torrent coments that others are able to watch and burn these files....what do i need to do ?

You may search MLP files on Wikipedia.org than find a video converter which supports MLP files.

I am also looking for a mlp converter. I am hearing this extension for the first time. I don’t know who created this unfriendlier file format.
