mdf files are for games you will need deaman tool or
alcohol 120% to use them make 2 Virtual cd/dvd-rom and then right click it and mount image that all, then if it a game it will come up with install or play.
sum time a mdf is a no-cd patch for a game like the sims 2 you need 2 mds.

if that dont work use isobuster or iso magic to open them. hope this help you out.
