How can I open MDF file?

I got a movie in MDF format from a friend. but i couldnt play it.

i downloaded isobuster.. but it doesnt work out anyway for me..

what can i do now.. i have Real/windows media/divx player on my computer

HELP ME!!!

I have a software the save it’s Database file with extention ".mdf”

I would appreciate if i can get a software that can open the database file.
