HELP! How can I change a PAL .iso into NTSC, then burn?

Hello,

This seems like a helpful area.

I have an .iso of a PAL format movie. I need it to be NTSC, with all the menus intact. I want to play it on a DVD recorder that only supports region 1 (ntsc).

I hope someone out there has a brilliant, yet simple answer for me.
