help! cant open .torrent file

can anyone help me? i cant seem 2 open my .torrent file. i went to www.suprnova.org and saved a file from there but i cant seem 2 open it... can someone plz help me?

argh! its so frustratin! i’ve been trying to find a program that can pay/read the .torrent file but nothing works!

with several letters and numbers that make no sense. why does this happens? must i make a download of a specific file/program? help

Help, I’m having the same problem as well! I can’t seem to find any program to open/run a ".torrent” file that I’ve downloaded.

what you need to do is fix your connection opener so open up any program on your computer then go down to your restart and shut down buttomon your pc and hit them both at the same time 6 times pretty fast then once the computer starts upagain it will have a window saying connection open then where it says ddl: then a blank space in the space type alow .torrent files then hit ok and you should be good

download audio video converter and search for ur file folder and name the file manually in the browse button and convert it to mp3 format.SIMPLE !

mine says: “windows cannot open or idetify this file, please download the necessary programs and try again” plz help!

.Torrent files are not really files in the since of an .mp3 or .jpeg. In order to use your torrent file you will need to download a torrent program such as bit torrent or Azureus, both being compatible with either windows or mac. Then in that program open the torrent file and it will begin to download the desired folder (movie, music, etc.) from the multiple peers that your computer will connect to. This takes time depending on what you are downloading so be patient. After these programs finish downloading the torrent it will be in the desired format for you to enjoy your music, movie or whatever. Hope this helps

SOLUTION
Guys.. just open the small file with say the opera browser.. it will recognize it as a torrent and away you go. Install opera first. Thats it.. piece of cake.

i cant open torrent file plz get me out of this.

okay my problem is, i used limewire to download a safe file. the file is .torrent and it will not open or even react. i have alreay downloaded the file, so no need to do that. i just need to open it to be able to play my game....please help
