help - cant make windows movie maker file to vcd

look i tried to make a vcd which i can view in tv but i cant do it with a windows movie maker file

i made this movie usin this software but i tried everythin i can but i doesnt work

i tried convertin the file but it says it cannot be played even in windows media player or anythin else

why please help???
