i have got the eyecon.zip with NuB2, is it the latest version? why after i convert it, the video became upside down and the colour is so ugly?

i get a message that the file could not be converted, and asks if i selected a .eye or .ear file even though i selctd a .eye file. the the prgrm is shutdoen by windoes that it has encounterd errors. ( im using WinXP)
