.eye & .ear file to view on pc

i have problem with eyecon softwear iam converted only 7.09 sec. only. so plz short out my problem........

guys dont freak out.. u got vlc player na.. .eye and .ear opens up with that software.. but the problem is i dont have a link to available to that sw so plz find it for urselves and enjoy all ur mobile and camcorder videos!!!
