I need a Movie maker that can play RMVB files. I have AVS Video Editer but when I import RMVB files it doesn’t work . I use anime episodes and I split the whole episodes into scenes.

If theres a converter that can turn RMVB to MPEG, The whole thing not just half, for free, please say somthing.

try using easy real media producer 1.94 the last and final version till now

it is the best real media convertor which gives the combination of both small file size and dvd quality picture

note: if you use a single pass convertion technique then the quality is seemingly less but convertion rates are comparitivly fast
but using two pass can take several hours depending upon your system config and gives the same exact quality with smaller file size

find the freeware here in this link:-http://redcheek.net

Amigos,
Saludos tropa

hey Dev, I don’t know if you would read this, but hey thanks, your message has enlighten me.

I’m also using Nero7, I tried to burn some damn rmvb files to DVD and Nero 7 cannot recognised it. I tried Cucusoft to convert it to AVI, but it left a bad-taste water mark on it.

After reading your message, I tried it again today. It’s that simple, no codec or converter or what so ever, it’s just Nero 7 cannot recognised Chinese charactors or so funny symbols that comes with the file.

Let me repeat to those missed your message;

TO TRANSFER RMVB TO DVD (in data format)
1. copy and paste the RMVB files to desktop
2. rename the file to some simple title.
3. use Nero 7 (I’m using essential)
4. follow the instruction of Nero 7 and

wallah! you have it burned on a DVD.

TO CONVERT RMVB TO AVI
1. download Cucusoft (RMVB manager, it’s free but with a water mark if you don’t want to pay.)
2. copy and paste the RMVB files to desktop
3. rename the file to some simple title.
4. open Cucusoft, choose your desire format and start converting...

I personally do not like Cucusoft because it takes quite a while to convert the file, and while it’s converting, my system slows down big time.
