Daemon Tool Problems... Help!

D-tools is screwing up. first when i went to mount an image it came up with some message like “unable to mount image. device is locked” then now when i click on the short cut it simply won’t open(usually it comes up on the task bar) i tried repairing the installation but that didn’t work Can anybody help me?
P.S any legit serial numbers for Alcohal 120%?

have u tried going onto “emulation” on the image in the corner, then clicked on “all options ON”.
Then close down the program and reopen it again.

This time, when u go onto the option “virtual cd/dvd rom”, it should come up with 4 devices: device 0, device 1, device 2, device 3.

choose device 1, for example. U shud thenc ome up with “mount image” and “set parameters”. Simply choose mount image and away you go,
