Can't open movie

I have a divx version of the movie “The Incredibles” which I have seen on my pc many times. My older pc was just playing the video but did not play sound. So I downloaded ac3 codec and it worked out perfectly. BUT NOW I HAVE UPGRADED my PC and I hv a intel motherboard with inbuilt graphics card. Now when I installed my ac3 Codec my pc doesn’t play either video or audio for the same movie. I hv downloaded the latest version of DivX too but still it doesn’t work.

1st of all Intel does not manufacture nor produce Motherboard. They r the producer of Processor(CPU). If U have a motherboard with integrated graphic..so does the audio s well. The audio is called AC97. Since it’s a low budget motherboard that U have upgraded..there isn’t much U can do about it accept that U’ll have 2 un-install the AC3 codec n then play ur movie files using the built-in AC97 audio instead.
PS: Go 2 manufacturer of the motherboard that U’re having now n dload the latest driver.
