Cannot open XViD-XII files

I use DivX and it can’t open an XViD-XII file. It only plays the first 47 seconds. I know the file is fine because I put it on my boyfroend’s computer and watched it. The only ones I’ve ever watched are XViD-FQM. How do I make this file work?

convert them or burn them to a dvd to watch on dvd player

1. Copy DVD to ISO Image,DVD Disc,DVD Folder,Player Media(directly play on Apple DVD Player) on Mac
