Can anyone identify this bin audio format?

Hi, I’m trying to figure out the compression or codec for these bin files so I can edit them.

If you guys could help with identifying the compression, bit rate, any information, would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve tried AVIcodec, GSpot, and MediaInfo with no luck.
