AVI files with Windows Media Player include "WWW.JPG.COM"

Hi,
When I download a video clip from my canon Powershot SD300 to my PC, there are 2 files xxx.AVI and xxx.THM.
If I watch the video clip with Quicktime, it is fine.
But if I watch it with Windows Media Player or Ulead VideoStudio, ther are at the top “PIC image” and at the bottom “WWW.jpg.com”
How can I remove these tittles ?

PS I noticed if I remove the xx.THM file, I can watch it only with WMP.
