avi -> bin/cue (kvcd)

Hello,

i was just wondering does anyone know a way to convert avi to bin/cue (kvcd).I get them off torrents all of the time, and i wanted to know if you can make them from .avi files. If someone could give me a step by step guide or a address to a guide. I heard you can do it with vcd gear but i have no idea how to do it.

i wud love to get an answer to this. i ahve been converting my avi files to dvd format so i can burn them on dvds and watch on my dvd player.
but the other day i got a bin cue file and i burnt it on a cd and am still able to play it on my dvd. some one pls tell me how to convert avi to bin/cue
