Okay Dino, If you been doing this for years, Why even look for a bin converter, I mean 4 years playing bins file, God call me crazy but I guess your trying to screw us around. What DVD player do you even have Dino, A DINO BIN/CUE/DVD Player now. Either you played those bin/cue files in your dreams or your mom didn’t educate you enough to remember the right thing.

If you bothered to read the thread through, you would have noticed they were written by different ppl. Someone here is taking the piss and by the way I’m the clever one.

.bin files burned as image files do play on ALL dvd players with the abilities to play cd-r’s (check dvd players owners manual to find out if urs can), i have done this for many years along with friends who also do this. All of our dvd players play the movies. If u guys dont know how to ill teach u right now. (repeating what other guy said) Extract files till u have .bin file, open Nero (this is wat i use) close window that pops up, goe to recorder and burn image, window pops up find the file and which the .bin is located, double click and then click burn on the window that opens up after that. Image is burned!!!

I have played these movies on many types of dvd players.

Anyways if anyone can tell wat prog converts .avi to .bin pls post.

Don’t be gay, your DVD player can only play whats in the bin file and not the bin itself. If its not compatable with your player then whats the point of converting something to bin and cue.
You think bin files can play in dvd players is because the file is already compatable or someone has kindly converted the file and put it in a bin and cue wrapper.
To prove my point take a file you cannot play, use cdrwin and make image file you will end up with a bin and cue file play this if you can after burning.
So don’t give shitty advice.

You got to say to whom your comments are directed to else they will be meaningless. If it was about my post, have your eyes examined and put your brain into gear. CDRWIN is the answer and its not called converting in a sense as the file remains the same only its in an image format.

i understand that if i burn the bin and cue it is no longer a bin and cue format so to say if a turned a avi into a bin and cue it whould burn as an avi so i whould have to convert it first with like winavi to a vcd or svcd format first to make the bin and cue but then what whould b the point so my question is the bin and cue i just dld was 758 mg and it fit on a 700 mg cd-r y is that and if i took a 758 mg vcd or svcd and turned it into a bin and cue whould it fit on a 700 mg cd-r or whould i have to make the vcd or svcd 700 mg fisrt before i bin and cue it witch then it whould just b pointless to go throught all the trouble i could just burn it as a vcd or svcd to play in my dvd player if some one could help me out i whould thank them much

Dino is totally right, I just burned a .cue file to a CD-R and played it in my Cyberhome DVD player. It worked flawlessly. Now I have the same problem as Dino because I need to convert my .avi movies to .cue so I can burn them and be able to watch them on a DVD player with getting a DVD burner drive or DVD-Rs. That’s the problem with DVD Santa because I got that thinking it was a great program but I don’t have a DVD Burner so it’s useless.

OMG....Please give me one person who knows what there talking about to help me. Ok, guys your making yourself out to be stupid here. Stop saying .bin files play on your dvd because they do NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If i have a .avi file thats named crap.avi and i turn it into a .bin file and burn to a disk, it will just burn the crap.avi not crap.bin and therefore will not play on a dvd. A .bin file is a image of a DISK!!!! When you download a movie and its in .bin and .cue form and you put it on a disk it no longer a .bin file but a copy of the disk. Just take one of your .bin files that you have burnt to a disk and that you said works on your dvd player and place the disk in your cd-rom on your computer and explore the disk. Wow its .vob files not even one file that has the .bin extensions. Now do you understand, pls say you do because your embarrassing yourselfs.

In my post I stated that I used Alcohol 120% to burn the .cue file of the movie and it was done in 3 minutes... I placed it in my Cyberhome DVD Player and it worked perfectly. Stop saying we are talking about .bin files. Maybe you have a DVD player that doesnt play certain files and thats why you are getting a hissy fit and telling us we are making ourselves look stupid.

Also, I have found converters that convert avi to mpeg and then you can convert mpeg to .cue/.bin, but it takes fucking forever to finish. So if you could find a fast converter that will be nice, if not I already got my eye on some DVD burners and I will be using DVD santa which still takes a long time but shorter than all the rest.

OMG.....darkagent you are stupid.....A .cue file is part of a .bin file. The .cue sheet tells your burner how to burn the .bin file. Yes your right go download a movie in .cue and .bin form and it will play on your dvd. The reason why is that they have already converted it to dvd format FOR YOU. Pc games come in .cue and .bin form and does that play on your dvd. No it doesn’t a .bin file is a IMAGE OF A DISK. What dont you understand. Do this unhook your computer and throw it out the window cause your to stupid to operate it.
