AMV Vedio Converter

I am new here and I have a question.
Here is my situation:
I have windows XP but my computer tells me that “its not genuine” which is a mistake but I need to fix that.
I have a new 1 GB mp3/mp4 player and I can put files from my rhaposody library on my player but I am trying to put some videos on my player and I tried to use the Mini CD with the drivers and players but with no luck and I have looked at the instruction book but with little success because the player is from Hong Kong.
Any suggestions and tips would be welcome!
