the problem (failed to load transdll.dll) is cause from NOT having ((windows media player 9)) or higher installed.
it worked for me :).

So I know how too fix it. So if you already have it in amv format and the player won’t play it make shore there is .amv at the end. Because it other wise just won’t bother.
or if you have a ._ - or something at the begining it won’t play either so make shore is starts with a letter
If theese don’t work try media-convert.com/convert
it does make the screen smaller

I have changed the file: AmvTransform.ini
Adding the line:
DISKSIZE=1600000000
after
MEMSIZE=30000000
After that, it worked.

Mine only works right if I save directly to my player, but all of my files are upside-down and backwards (mirror image). Search for “AMV converter” on Yahoo search (personal favorite) and it will list many sites.
